1.2 Digital Products: Digital products have distinct refund terms.
- Returns of Physical Products
2.1 Return Conditions: Physical products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging.
2.2 Return Fees: Return fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

- Refunds for Physical Products

4.1 Refund Conditions: Refunds for digital products are available within 15 days of purchase, provided the box containing the USB key has not been opened and the package remains sealed.
